WHITE PERFECTION COLUMBARIUM

The very design of the columbarium at West Lake Garden draws inspiration from the concept of ‘white is the colour of perfection’.
More precisely, white represents cleanliness, innocence and modesty, By using white as its fundamental colour, reflects purity, light, faithfulness and holiness.
This paves the way for stimulating a righteous mind towards achieving a state of impeccability in Buddhist teachings.
Through this, life gets sublimated, purified and set free, spiritually.

The columbarium takes pure white predominantly in its appearance, Every floor and row is established in an orderly manner to perfectly match the exquisitely crafted while roof featuring amazing art forms.
The predominant presence of the white backdrop radiates the mural with the sparkles of white jade.
And this is further enhanced with the glittering lotus crafts to create a tranquil yet elegant ambience.
This suggests nobility and purity go hand in hand as depicted in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss where peace and harmony come together.
This marks a dignified final resting place by uplifting ‘spirit of life’ with such a great honour.

DYNASTY SUITE

The luxurious columbaria feature a fusion of traditional and modern that blends time-honoured designs with a fresh perspective. The result is a dignified yet spectacular palatial complex in which families may lay their departed loved ones to rest in supreme tranquillity, peace and comfort. Statues and images of enlightened beings adorn the interior – most notably in the Hall of the Western Trinity that is dedicated to the Three Western Saints – echo the spiritual bliss found at Kek Lok Si.

THE DESIGN AND MAKING OF ETERNAL SUITE

Thousands of years ago, Siddharta Gautama (known as Buddha)
enlightened under the Bodhi Tree. As a result, “Bodhi” became symbols of “Awaken” and “Wisdom” in Buddhism.

This “Bodhicitta” of Eternal Suite is designed to reappear the glorious holy of Buddha’s enlightening. It is using openwork relief and bright gold flash plating’s Bodhi leaves as substrate profile. Besides, the center of the Bodhi leaves is also embed with mellow and pure white glass of Buddha.

THE FOUR SEASONS SUITE

New wing of West Lake Garden – The Four Seasons Suite,
opens up a fresh chapter of Chinese burial practice.
Floral totems in the building reflect liveliness and vitality
The elegant flowers are carefully carved to display eternity.

In addition to the sacred practice in religion and longing
of divine protection, The Four Seasons Suite is set to offer sincere
compliments and thought for the departed.

Various shades of peony, lotus, lily and Rose,
Interpret people’s perseverance and beauty subtly shaped
throughout their lifetime. They passed on wisdom, courage
and loving-kindness for us to face tomorrow,
